Two products, two jobs

GeoLab Automator is the lab workspace. Building Framework is a separate participation calculator — not part of GeoLab.

Lab software

GeoLab Automator

Cloud LIMS for Iranian geotech labs: investigation plans, lab & in-situ tests, warehouse, and gated Nezam packages.

Separate product

Building Framework

Landowner–contractor participation calculator: land value, build cost, and the share of the finished building that goes to the contractor.

GeoLab

Everything a geotech lab needs between site and supervisor

Designed around Iranian commercial practice — not a generic Western LIMS template.

Lab compliance

Membership number, grade, validity, equipment and technicians — kept with every project path and issue package.

Investigation plan

Province, stories, footprint and site coordinates → Chapter 7 borehole program, depth-chained sample IDs, Excel templates.

Lab & in-situ suite

Core lab tests plus SPT, DCP, CPT, field density and more. Validate, calculate, QC and auto-save to the warehouse.

Nezam close-out

Hard gate until package is ready. Issue structured Nezam PDF, site plan, evidence and portal ZIP for hand-off.

Field SPT entry

Mobile-friendly site form so crews can capture SPT without the full desktop workflow.

Engineering helpers

Standard 2800 site type support, bearing helpers, multi-province borehole guidance and design parameter extract.

Workflow

A forced order technicians can follow

Sidebar modes walk the team ① → ①ᵇ → ② → ③ so close-out is not a scavenger hunt.

1

Set up the lab

Complete compliance credentials. Only engineer / manager roles edit membership and equipment.

2

Plan the investigation

Building specs drive suggested boreholes and depths. Generate sample IDs and workbooks for the team.

3

Run tests into the warehouse

Technicians enter or upload data. Validation and calculations run before results are stored per project and borehole.

4

Issue when ready

Adopt design parameters, attach evidence, then issue Nezam PDF and portal package — blocked until gates pass.

Built for practice

One workspace from site investigation to Nezam issue

GeoLab is designed for one laboratory and its real projects — from compliance credentials and Chapter 7 planning through validated tests and gated Nezam / portal packages.

  • Named users with roles (manager, engineer, technician)
  • English interface and English report packages
  • Dual ASTM · INSO labelling where standards apply
  • Decision-support only — your licensed engineer remains responsible

Trial overview

Building Framework

Landowner–contractor participation calculator: land value, build cost, and the share of the finished building that goes to the contractor.

Building Framework is not part of GeoLab Automator. It does not use GeoLab login, warehouse, or trial approval.

  • Land value on one side of the deal
  • Build cost on the other
  • Contractor share of the finished building

Open the calculator

  • Hosted at framework.9uy.org
  • Its own product — not a GeoLab module
  • No GeoLab trial or lab workspace required

FAQ

Common questions

Do we install software on our PCs?

No. Your team works through a secure web login in a modern browser. No desktop installation is required.

Is the interface in Persian?

The product UI and report packages are in English, with dual ASTM · INSO standard labels for the Iranian market.

Can several labs share one subscription?

No. Each subscription is for one legal laboratory and one private workspace. Multi-branch labs should request a multi-site plan.

Does submitting the form give me login access?

No. The form only sends a request. We review each laboratory manually. If approved, we email login details to the address you provided. Until then you cannot use the app with that request alone.

How long until I hear back?

We aim to review requests promptly. Check your email (and spam folder) and use the status page link from your confirmation. Open App only works after you receive credentials.

What should we do during the trial?

Complete one real (or anonymized real) project: compliance → plan → tests → close-out. That is the best way to judge fit.

Who is responsible for engineering decisions?

GeoLab is decision-support software. The licensed geotechnical engineer and laboratory remain responsible for all professional deliverables.

Is Building Framework part of GeoLab Automator?

No. Building Framework is a separate product at framework.9uy.org. It is a landowner–contractor participation calculator and does not use GeoLab login, warehouse, or this trial form.
